Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, invites applications for a Medior Nuclear Engineer in Radiological Characterisation to join the Radiation Protection, Radwaste and Decommissioning Competence Centre at the Tihange site in Belgium. You will lead radiological characterisation activities, integrate measurements, simulations and data processing, and contribute to nationwide and international projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the nuclear sector.
• Master’s or PhD in engineering or sciences are preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; willingness to work on-site at Tihange.

Responsabilités

• Conduct radiological characterisation studies for nuclear installations.
• Monitor gamma spectrometry and dose-rate equipment; develop technical expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams and Competence Centre to deliver on time and quality.
