Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Freelance R&D People Manager for an innovative international technology client. You will lead, coach, and support engineers and researchers, building a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.

You will foster ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensure delivery by managing capacity and planning, and partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to strengthen Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people management, team leadership, or talent development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust.
• Experience in Agile/engineering environments.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
