Médiane Benelux recherche un Agile Coach expérimenté pour accompagner la transformation des équipes d’ingénierie et renforcer l’adoption des pratiques Agile dans l’organisation.

Vous travaillerez avec la direction et les équipes opérationnelles afin d’améliorer la collaboration, la livraison et la maturité Agile, sur site, au moins quatre jours par semaine. Le poste exige au moins 10 ans d’expérience et une expertise dans des environnements techniques complexes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience, including strong experience in Agile transformation.
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in complex technical or engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with both operational teams and senior management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting change adoption and improving team maturity.
• Relevant Agile certifications are an asset.
• Fluent French.
• On-site presence at least four days per week.

Our client, a company operating in the defense sector, is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support the transformation of engineering teams and strengthen the adoption of Agile ways of working across the organization.

You will work closely with both management and operational teams to improve collaboration, delivery practices and overall Agile maturity.
