Xintas is seeking a Consultant in Agile Scaling & Delivery Enablement Lead (ad interim) to lead the definition, implementation, and rollout of a lightweight, federated scaled agile framework across the organisation, aligned with the Product Operating Model.

The consultant will deliver the agile scaling transformation program end-to-end, act as ad interim Chapter Lead – Delivery Enablement, and drive the formalization of secure SDLC standards and their integration into the application lifecycle

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in IT delivery, agile environments or large product organizations.
• Proven SAFe implementation experience in pan-European or multi-country settings.
• Experience leading cross-country teams and improving delivery practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and fluent Dutch/French/English.

Responsabilités

Our client is looking for a Consultant in Agile Scaling & Delivery Enablement Lead (ad interim) to lead the definition, implementation, and rollout of a lightweight, federated scaled agile framework across the organization, aligned with the existing Product Operating Model.

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Delivering the agile scaling transformation program end-to-end
• Acting as an ad interim Chapter Lead – Delivery Enablement, ensuring alignment between Product, Portfolio, and IT delivery
• Drive the formalization of (secure) software development lifecycle standards & methods and its integration into the application lifecycle management.

The mission aims at improving:

• Internal capability in scaling roles (Agile, UX, QA)
• Leadership alignment and adoption across entities
• Compliance to regulation and audit

Ideal Profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in IT delivery, agile environments, or large product organizations
• Proven track record ofimplementing and runninga scaled agile framework, ideally SAFe, in a pan‑European or multi‑country environment
• Proven experience in defining and improving delivery practices, frameworks, or operating models
• Experience in leading and developing teams in complex, cross-team or multi-country environments
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, product-centric ways of working, and portfolio alignment
• Solid analytical skills with experience inperformance trackinganddelivery metrics
• Strongcommunication andstakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement, learning, and delivery excellence
• Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
