IBA Worldwide in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, is hiring an R&D People Manager for a full-time, open-ended contract. You will lead a multidisciplinary team contributing to proton therapy imaging solutions, focusing on people growth, engagement, and operational effectiveness while guiding Agile transformations.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering stakeholders to balance delivery and people needs in a regulated, technical environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Ability to develop talent, improve cohesion and retention.
• Strong listening, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in Agile environments, technical contexts, or regulated settings.
• Fluency in English; French knowledge is an asset.
