Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a major international project in Mons, Belgium. You will own the commercial and contractual management of key packages and oversee subcontractor accounts, payments and valuations.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and 3–5 years of experience with strong knowledge of contracts, M&E packages, and subcontractor management. Data centre experience is highly desirable.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of contracts and commercial management.
• Working knowledge of M&E packages.
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts.
• Experience with variations, valuations and payments.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience desirable.

Responsabilités

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong construction background and knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) packages?

We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity on a major international construction project in Mons, Belgium, offering the chance to take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of key project packages.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for:
