Mercury is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major data centre project in Mons, Belgium. You will lead commercial management of electrical packages, oversee cost reporting, forecasting and budget control, and review contract documentation.

You will prepare supplier and subcontractor enquiries, issue contract documents to the supply chain, monitor scope changes and pricing, and prepare monthly progress applications, ensuring accurate financial and contractual control across the project.

Qualifications

• Degree in QS or related field and relevant industry experience.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
• Strong understanding of work contracts and electrical packages.
• Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
