ROA Talent is seeking a senior Contracts Manager for data centre projects in Belgium. The role focuses on contract administration, risk management and commercial guidance across multiple live sites.

You will work closely with Project Directors and commercial teams, handling change control, variations and notices while supporting subcontract negotiations and dispute avoidance. A rotation arrangement is possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager or senior commercial/contracts professional in construction.
• Experience with main contractor and large-scale complex projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience advantageous.

We’re supporting an established international main contractor delivering major data centre projects across Belgium and wider Europe.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to take a senior role across multiple data centre projects in Belgium, providing contractual and commercial oversight while working closely with Project Leads, commercial teams, clients and the wider supply chain.

For the right candidate, the business is open to considering a rotational arrangement, making this suitable for experienced Contracts Managers currently working on major international construction projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Commercial/Contracts professional within construction.
• Main contractor experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing contracts on large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, change management, variations and claims.
• Commercially strong with the confidence to work with senior clients, project teams and subcontractors.
• Comfortable overseeing contractual matters across more than one project simultaneously.
• Relevant construction, commercial, quantity surveying or legal qualification beneficial.
