Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a major international project in Mons, Belgium. You will own the commercial and contractual management of key packages and oversee subcontractor accounts, payments and valuations.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and 3–5 years of experience with strong knowledge of contracts, M&E packages, and subcontractor management. Data centre experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of contracts and commercial management.
• Working knowledge of M&E packages.
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts.
• Experience with variations, valuations and payments.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of assigned packages
• Managing subcontractor accounts, payments and valuations
• Pricing M&E tenders, variations and contract changes
• Preparing payment applications and commercial forecasts
• Managing cost plans, budgets, turnover and cash flow
• Issuing contractual notices and supporting commercial claims
• Monitoring site progress, productivity and physical quantities
• Identifying commercial risks and protecting project margins
• Maintaining robust commercial records and audit trails
• Providing commercial advice to the wider project team
• Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff
