Jones Engineering is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) with an electrical background to join our delivery teams for a major Data Centre project in Belgium. The successful candidate will work within a growth‑oriented region and benefit from guidance from senior commercial staff to advance their career.

Responsibilities include contract compliance, risk reporting, subcontractor management, turnover forecasting, and on‑site mentoring of the Commercial Team.

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification essential in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Economics.
• Minimum 6+ years' experience post-qualification essential.
• Experience in an Electrical role required.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to Construction Team on all Quantity Surveying functions.
• Identify potential commercial risks and report to management.
• Prepare monthly progress applications with remeasurements, variations and day-works.
