Kenton Black Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a Data Centre project in Feluy, Belgium. The role is site-based and focuses on commercial management throughout delivery, coordinating with project teams and subcontractors to keep costs and contracts on track.

Experience in data centres or complex construction is preferred. Belgian nationality or valid right to work in Belgium is essential for this position.

Responsabilités

• Manage the commercial aspects of the project from procurement through to final account.

Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Project

Location: Feluy, Belgium

We’re working with a leading international technical engineering and construction business delivering major projects across Europe, with a strong track record across Data Centres, Advanced Manufacturing, Pharma and other mission-critical sectors.

They’re currently looking for an Quantity Surveyor to join a Data Centre project in Feluy, just south of Brussels.

This is a site-based role working closely with the Project and Commercial teams, taking responsibility for the commercial management of the project and helping ensure it remains financially controlled throughout delivery.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the commercial aspects of the project from procurement through to final account
• Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations and payments
• Reviewing and managing variations, change orders and claims
• Cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor negotiations
• Monitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks
• Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams
• Maintaining strong commercial relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Supporting the wider commercial team throughout the project lifecycle

About You

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong commercial background within construction.

Experience across Data Centres, MEP, Industrial, Pharmaceutical or other complex construction projects would be highly advantageous.

You should be commercially astute, confident dealing with subcontractors and project teams, and comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment.

Belgian nationality, existing right to work in Belgium or an EU passport is essential for this position.
