Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited seeks an MEP Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor for major Data Centre construction in Farciennes, Belgium. You will own MEP cost and commercial management from tender through final account, collaborating with international clients and project teams on complex programs.

This permanent role requires EU work eligibility, with a full relocation package offered to support the move. The ideal candidate has extensive MEP cost experience and data centre exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience as MEP Cost Manager or Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in Data Centres, Pharma or Life Science projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and/or process systems.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience across tendering, cost planning, valuations, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Farciennes, Belgium with legal right to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MEP cost and commercial activities across major construction projects.
• Develop cost estimates, cost plans and commercial strategies for MEP packages.

About You

• Have experience as an MEP Cost Manager, MEP Quantity Surveyor or Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects.
• Ideally have experience in Data Centres, Pharma or Life Science projects.
• Have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and/or process systems.
• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Have experience across tendering, cost planning, valuations, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Are a strong communicator with excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Are based in or open to relocating to Farciennes, Belgium and already have the legal right to work in Belgium.
