Fmaservices is seeking a Punch List Coordinator to organize outstanding items during mechanical completion and handover. You will ensure items are registered, prioritized, assigned, followed up, verified, and closed.

The role requires field presence, strong administrative skills, and coordination across construction, QA/QC, engineering, and commissioning teams. English proficiency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with punch listing, completions, QA/QC, or mechanical completion in an industrial project environment.
• Good understanding of construction handover and the interface between construction, quality, and commissioning.
• Experience with completions databases such as WinPCS, PIMS, Hexagon/Smart Completions, or similar tools is an asset.
• Strong administrative skills but willingness to be present in the field regularly.
• Strong stakeholder follow-up, prioritization, and escalating bottlenecks.
• Good knowledge of English; Dutch is an advantage.

• Preparing punch status reports, dashboards, and escalation lists for construction/completions management.
• Aligning punch closure with mechanical completion dossiers and system handover to pre-commissioning.
• Managing punch data in the project completions system or other digital trackers.

About the Position

As a Punch List Coordinator, you organize the entire process regarding outstanding items during mechanical completion and handover.

You ensure that punch items are correctly registered, prioritized, assigned, followed up, verified, and formally closed.

Your Responsibilities

Education & experience

Education: Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in completions/QA/QC/field coordination

• Technical E&I knowledge is a significant asset for this project.
