Bridge Industrial bv. is seeking an experienced E&I Loop Folder Coordinator for a major industrial construction project. You will manage the Completion and Turnover database, coordinate loop folders and ensure documentation integrity to support timely handover to the Owner.

Reporting to the Site QC Manager, you will coordinate inspections, manage discrepancies and punch lists, and generate weekly progress reports, while maintaining HSE compliance and systemsupport for users on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with GoCompletions or equivalent completion management system.
• Solid knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) disciplines.
• Proven experience managing completion databases and turnover documentation.
• Familiarity with loop folders, quality packs, punch lists and handover processes.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel formulas, pivot tables, filtering, sorting and data manipulation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and structured approach.
• Availability to work on-site in an industrial project environment.

Responsabilités

• Database Management: Set up, populate and maintain the Completion and Turnover database, ensuring accurate and timely data updates.
• Loop Folder Coordination: Ensure quality records and loop folders are progressively collected, indexed and validated.
• Inspection Coordination: Liaise with discipline supervisors to coordinate field inspections and documentation requirements.
• Quality & Discrepancy Management: Identify documentation deficiencies, manage discrepancy reports and coordinate corrective actions.
• Punch List Management: Track punch list items and completion activities through to closure.
• Data & System Support: Manage data imports and exports, maintain database integrity and provide technical support to system users.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare weekly status reports, monitor completion progress and highlight risks to project handover milestones.
• Completion & Handover: Support mechanical completion, commissioning planning and the systematic handover of plant systems.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards and HSE requirements.

As an E&I Loop Folder Coordinator, you will manage completion documentation and turnover activities for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems within a major industrial construction project. Your profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong E&I background and experience in completion management within the construction industry.

You have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with GoCompletions® or an equivalent completion management system.
