Kurv Industrial is seeking a Turnover Engineer to lead completion and handover activities on major industrial construction projects. You will manage the completion database, inspect records, and coordinate with project teams to deliver accurate documentation and phased acceptance.

In this role you will drive the readiness of punch lists, quality records, and turnover packages, supporting commissioning and handover to the Owner while maintaining strict alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with completion and turnover management in industrial construction.
• Minimum 3 years implementing databases for construction projects (e.g., GoCompletions).
• Strong IT skills: Excel formulas, pivot tables, filtering, sorting, and data manipulation.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work in integrated project teams.
• Eligible to work in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Set up, populate, and maintain the Completion and Turnover database.
• Ensure inspection test packs and quality records are collected, indexed, and available for phased acceptance and handover.
• Track punch list items, follow up resolutions, and support mechanical completion and commissioning planning.
• Receive, review, and clarify engineering input data and generate discrepancy reports where needed.
• Upload, validate, import, and export data in the Completion and Turnover Management System.
• Issue weekly status reports and support project management updates on completion, certification, and handover progress.

We are currently looking for a Turnover Engineer to join industrial construction projects. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the completion and handover processes of the plant, ensuring accurate documentation, systematic inspections, and smooth turnover to the Owner in line with project objectives. The role focuses on completion systems, quality records, punch lists, documentation readiness, and structured handover.

• Track punch list items, follow up resolutions, and support mechanical completion and commissioning planning.

Key Requirements
