Rhox is seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption Manager and Project Manager to coordinate adoption across clinical, administrative and management departments within a public university hospital. You will lead governance, change management and training initiatives, while aligning security, compliance and data protection requirements.

You will report to IT and collaborate with Strategy and Transformation, technical owners and department representatives.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating Microsoft 365 adoption in complex hospital or public-sector environments.
Ability to manage projects through clear plans, steering forums, risk tracking and reporting.
Govern lifecycles and permissions, archiving and records management for collaboration spaces.
Understanding of identity and access management and its impact on Microsoft 365 configurations.
Able to facilitate decisions between business and technical stakeholders with emphasis on usability, security and compliance.

Responsabilités

Establish and maintain the project plan, steering cadence, risk register and dependency view.
Design and deliver role-based training and coaching for care teams and staff.
Translate business needs into secure workspace configuration recommendations (structures, permissions, sharing).
Define and document governance and change management practices to reduce uncontrolled workspace creation.
Build adoption dashboards and coordinate automations to improve interoperability.
