Rhox, a service organisation in the Belgian social-profit sector, seeks a senior Data and Analytics Manager to oversee MS SQL Server, JSON, XML, and Power BI reporting. You will manage data flows between external partners and internal users, ensuring GDPR-compliant handling and reliable database structures.

You will coordinate external developers, specify needs, review changes, and drive testing and implementation.

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in database development, data management, analytics or a comparable ICT role.
Experience with MS SQL Server, JSON and XML.
Ability to build clear Power BI reports and Power Query data models.
Work independently under GDPR and security procedures.

Responsabilités

Define technical requirements and supplier specifications for shared database developments, converting operational needs into implementable changes.
Coordinate external developers and partner organisations, track decisions and communicate progress to internal owners.
Validate delivered database changes with users, analyse test results and drive corrections through implementation.
Manage shared database access, data structures, configuration, backups and security under GDPR and internal procedures.
Produce Power BI reports using Power Query, compare data from different sources and data cubes, and verify figures in annual accounts and subsidy files.
Improve separate databases and applications by supporting forms, tables and reports, and train key users on new functionality.
