Rhox is seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption Manager and Project Manager to coordinate adoption across clinical, administrative and management departments within a public university hospital. You will lead governance, change management and training initiatives, while aligning security, compliance and data protection requirements.
You will report to IT and collaborate with Strategy and Transformation, technical owners and department representatives.
A public university hospital is consolidating several legacy Office versions on a single Microsoft 365 environment, with Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot as the main user-facing services. The Microsoft 365 Adoption Manager and Project Manager will coordinate adoption across clinical, administrative and management departments, combining change management, project management and practical governance of collaboration spaces, with Power Automate and API integration supporting selected workflows.
The programme covers the Microsoft 365 suite and addresses inconsistent use of collaborative spaces, document storage and sharing during the transition from historical Office versions. Staff need clear ways to organise work while the hospital protects confidential patient data. The governance model will define naming conventions, controlled creation, internal and external sharing, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, retention and lifecycle rules. Decisions must align business needs with Microsoft 365 governance, cybersecurity and compliance requirements, including NIS2, RGPD and ISO 27001.
You will report to IT and work with the Strategy and Transformation function, technical owners and representatives in each department. Your scope includes the project plan, steering routines, risk and dependency tracking, training and communication, and adoption reporting through Power BI or M365 Analytics. You will train and coach non-technical users in groups and individually, then support a network of internal digital champions. The initial programme is planned over three months, with possible extension, and your work will establish measurable Microsoft 365 adoption across hospital departments.
