OneSource Consulting is seeking an Adoption / Project Manager for Microsoft 365 (Business – IT) in Brussels. The role focuses on coordinating adoption of the Microsoft 365 suite across departments, training users, and linking business needs with IT for governance and configuration choices.

The position requires strong project coordination and experience in complex environments, such as hospitals or the public sector.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating Microsoft 365 adoption across departments, including training and coaching users.
• Mastery of governance models for M365 (nomenclature, space lifecycle, rights management, archiving).
• Ability to interact with technical profiles to frame configuration requirements and drive adoption.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Microsoft 365 adoption across departments; train and coach users (group and individual).
• Bridge business needs with IT to frame configuration decisions and governance. Lead a network of internal relays (digital champions).
• Develop project plans, manage steering committee, monitor risks, and produce reports.
