Rhox seeks a senior project support officer in the transformation office of a major Belgian bank to support a strategic data transformation program built around three initiatives. You will drive PMO governance, portfolio planning, and budget tracking with a focus on reliable executive reporting.

Using PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and collaboration tools, you will maintain a unified view of delivery across multiple teams, coordinate governance bodies, and produce management packs and dashboards

Qualifications

• Bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in PMO, project support or program governance.
• Apply portfolio and project management methodologies to manage planning, dependencies, reporting and governance.
• Produce accurate budget tracking and financial reporting, plus executive reporting and presentation preparation for senior stakeholders.
• Use advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, together with SharePoint and collaboration tools, to structure information.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain the consolidated program roadmap and integrated planning across the three initiatives, giving governance bodies a reliable view of milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate steering committees, management committees and program reviews, producing agendas, materials, minutes, action logs and decision registers for timely follow-up.
• Consolidate KPIs, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies into executive dashboards and recurring management reports.
• Prepare steering committee packages and executive presentations with consistent reporting standards across all transformation streams.
• Track budget information and financial reporting, identify delivery deviations and provide evidence for management decisions.
• Control governance documentation and version history in SharePoint, Excel, Planner or equivalent collaboration tools, keeping artefacts current and accessible.
