Itproposal is seeking a Business Project Manager to lead multiple IT and digital transformation projects within a complex public-sector environment in Brussels. You will manage projects from requirements analysis through implementation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure stakeholder and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities include DPIAs, reporting, and steering committees, with a hybrid work arrangement in Brussels (on-site 2 days/week).

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Project Manager.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with Jira, GitLab, and Jenkins.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in public-sector or regulatory projects is an advantage.
Languages: French, Dutch, and English.

Responsabilités

Lead IT projects involving government services, regulatory changes, and digital solutions.
Gather and analyse business requirements and prepare functional and technical specifications.
Coordinate internal teams, clients, partners, and suppliers.
Plan, organise, and monitor projects across scoping, design, validation, and change management.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
Organise training for employees and end users.
Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and performance indicators.
Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and ensure regulatory compliance.
Organise and lead project steering committees.
Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
