Itproposal in Brussels seeks an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong development background. You will lead development teams, drive delivery timelines and ensure business-technical alignment across stakeholders.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage the backlog with the Product Owner, and coordinate with multiple teams. Fluency in French and strong technical English are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and release management.
• Technical background in software dev with HTML, JS, CSS, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, React and WebAPI.
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Excellent planning, backlog management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with development, infrastructure, network and operations teams.
• Ability to challenge technical and business requirements.
• Fluent/native-level French and good technical English are mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate IT development teams while meeting timelines and objectives.
• Act as Scrum Master and facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews and other Agile ceremonies.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner/Business Analyst.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical work.
• Manage Azure DevOps for user stories, bugs, tasks and releases.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, network and operations teams.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain high-level project plans and schedules independently.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and IT constraints.
• Read and understand UML and BPMN diagrams.
