Job summary

Public Organisation in Namur is running a digital transformation programme to digitalise its business processes. The programme significantly changes processes, business rules and tools.

The role provides on-site and hybrid support to ensure buy-in, monitors the change management approach, gathers challenges from business teams and helps them adopt the new ways of working and tools, while coordinating with the programme team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Executive programme completed at a recognised management school.
• Hands-on, on-site experience with tangible results.
• Experience in change management handling user resistance during large-scale digital transformation.
• Good understanding of how people go through change.
• Familiarity with project management approaches and tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operationalise the change management approach defined with the programme team.
• Gather the transformation challenges from business teams and relay them to the programme team.
• Work with the change management team (2 people), the programme team (programme manager, analysts, technical teams) and key business contacts (PMO, business managers, sponsor).
• Ensure that operational teams understand the challenges and adopt the new ways of working and the new tools.
• Help refine communication plans for internal and external stakeholders, in line with programme constraints.
• Build trust with key contacts in the business teams.
• Use and co-build the tools that support the transition from AS-IS to TO-BE, with a focus on the human aspects.
• Report to the lead change manager.
