Sopra Steria Next Belgium is a team of consultants delivering digital transformation across public sector, financial services, EU affairs, aeroline, defense and industry. You will engage with clients from day one, shaping solutions and contributing to business development within cross‑functional teams.

Depending on the project, you may focus on Business/Functional Analysis, Project Management, Architecture, or Agile/Scrum facilitation, while collaborating with a network of experts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, ideally in business, IT, economics or management.
• First experience in Business/IT Consulting or related domain.
• Motivation, curiosity and interest in consulting and digital transformation.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French plus knowledge of the other national language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and contribute to client engagements within multidisciplinary teams.
• Help shape solutions, contribute to business development, and share knowledge.
• Work in areas such as Business/Functional Analysis, Project Management, Architecture, or Agile/Scrum facilitation.
