Rhox, a Belgian public-sector justice programme, seeks a Project Manager to lead IT initiatives including Crossborder Directive revision, Road Code revision and data exchange with EU partners. You will combine Agile project management with PRINCE2, leveraging Jira and Confluence to drive milestones, control budgets and risks, and ensure compliance across partners.

The role also requires clear Dutch and French communication and the ability to align courts, public prosecution, police and regional

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT projects.
Proficient in PRINCE2 and Agile methods.
Proven stakeholder management across public-sector bodies.
Ability to manage budgets, risks, scope and change requests.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office for planning and reporting.
Clear communication in Dutch and French.

Responsabilités

Lead IT projects from definition through implementation with clear deliverables.
Align courts, public prosecution, police and other partners around scope and decisions.
Control scope, budget, risks and change requests.
Map and optimize data flows with ownership assignment, ensuring security and compliance.
Monitor deadlines for Crossborder Directive and Road Code projects; escalate slippage.
Report progress and financial status through Jira, Confluence and Office dashboards.
