Pauwels Consulting is looking for a Project Manager to lead the digitalization of administrative and judicial processes within the public sector, overseeing the full project lifecycle to optimize information flows and public service delivery through modern digital solutions.

You will manage IT projects from definition to implementation, coordinate process improvements, and align stakeholders across departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the public sector.
• Proven PRINCE2 and Agile project management experience.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for planning and tracking.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from definition to implementation, ensuring quality, performance, and budget targets are met.
• Coordinate organizational and digital process improvements to reduce administrative burdens and enhance system efficiency.
• Oversee stakeholder management across multiple departments and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Define and manage project roadmaps, including resource planning, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor data flows and technical information exchanges, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Report on project progress, financial health, and risks to senior management and relevant committees.

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from definition to implementation, ensuring quality, performance, and budget targets are met.

• 5+ years experience in project management.
• Experience working within a public sector or government organization.
• Proven expertise in PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Practical experience in managing data flows and technical information exchanges.
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align conflicting interests.
• You have a passive knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
