The “CROSSBORDER FINES (CBF)” platform aims to coordinate, support, manage and optimize the entire process of traffic fines and a broader scope partly covering the effort of digitalization of Justice products.

CBF acts as a service provider which ensures better revenue management and optimal coordination of the different stakeholders in the process.

Responsibilities

• Resolve recurring problems with unresolved incidents and prevent backlog by implementing a daily operational incident management procedure.
• Record incidents in systems such as JIRA by the first person who detects the incident, whether IT, business or customer side.
• Prioritize incidents using the following axes: number of users impacted; amount impacted (€); interruption of services; type of information impacted; impact on citizens.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in an IT environment linked to the public sector, ideally within the FPS Justice, with in-depth knowledge of the Atlassian/Jira suite.
• The design, definition, documentation, implementation and monitoring of the overall technical ICT architecture of systems and applications in response to the functional needs formulated by users.
• Active assistance from internal ICT managers to define, formulate and develop technical standards in ICT, taking into account parameters such as security, performance, flexibility and technological scalability.
• Writing the technical part of business analysis whenever aspects concerning the architecture of ICT systems or applications arise.
• Evaluation of the technical part of offers received in response to the specifications, particularly for aspects concerning the architecture of ICT systems or applications.
• Quotes, schedules, analysis of information for the customer and the manager, and creation of order files.
• Proposals for improvement concerning the quality, deadlines and efficiency of the work to be carried out.
• Establish a work schedule.
• Monitor and follow: the schedule; quality and performance; conformity of specifications; tests to be carried out.
