Rhox in Belgium is seeking a Senior Project Lead IT to drive a .NET 10 migration and BPMN-driven process improvements. You will lead from requirements to implementation, balancing scope, quality, deadlines and budget in an Agile environment.

You will coordinate stakeholders and the development team, map current and future processes, and deliver artefacts that ensure continuity of benefits administration services.

Qualifications

• Senior IT project management experience across scope, quality, deadlines and budget.
• Lead requirement gathering for benefit administration processes.
• Apply BPMN to model current and future business processes.
• Work in an Agile delivery model with Product Owner responsibilities.
• Use TFS for project delivery tracking and collaboration.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings for clear decisions.
• Analyze information and advise stakeholders on practical solution options.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery from defined objectives through implementation, maintaining scope, quality, deadlines and budget.
• Model current and future business processes in BPMN for implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements and establish agreement.
• Produce deliverables guiding implementation and traceability from requirements to functionality.
• Structure the development team's work and monitor progress against objectives and milestones.
• Communicate status, risks, issues and impacts clearly, ensuring alignment with the business design.
