Protection International (PI) is seeking a mission-driven Protection Officer to join our Brussels-based Global Team. The role focuses on capacity building, managing e-learning, and coordinating in-person workshops under the Protect-EU project.

You will support Work Packages 3 and 2, contribute to civic space monitoring, and ensure training data is collected and anonymized. Fluency in English, French and Spanish is required, with additional EU language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in social sciences (political science, law, sociology, international relations, communications).
• Minimum 3 years of protection and security management for CSOs and HRDs.
• Demonstrable capacity to communicate clearly to expert and non-expert audiences.

Responsabilités

• Administer PI's e-learning platform and enroll participants in language modules.
• Plan and facilitate 10 webinars for CSOs and HRDs across the EU.
• Lead 10 in-person capacity-building workshops with high-risk CSOs.
• Support WP2 monitoring and contribute data to policy alerts and the FOCUS Observatory.
