A multinational defence organisation is modernising its security and communications capability and will base this on-site in Brussels, Belgium. The role supports security planning, stakeholder engagement and cross-nation coordination within a large governance framework, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher required.
• PM/Programme management experience in governance model.
• Experience with technical communications or infrastructure for sensitive facilities.
• 3+ of last 10 years in stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and monitor security plans across project groups.
• Ensure plans are understood and followed by all involved.
• Travel to host nation sites to coordinate progress and provide technical advice.
• Support programme director with stakeholder engagement and comunicação at political, operational and tactical levels.
• Identify requirements, policy developments and engineering publication reviews relevant to the programme.
• Work with security, policy and operations to keep the programme aligned with alliance practice.
• Review and update security policy, documentation and classification guides.
• Support management of classified material.
• Develop and deliver presentations and training on security procedures.
• Keep all work strands linked to the office and other capability teams.
