Job summary

Phoenix Technologies in Brussels is seeking a Project Manager for Conversational AI / Chatbot projects to deliver AI-driven solutions for public sector clients on site in Brussels.

You will lead delivery from initiation to completion, define scope, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders. Fluency in Dutch or French at C1 and English at B1/B2 is required; Jira experience and PM/Agile certificates are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Conversational AI or Chatbot Project Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the public sector or with public‑sector companies.
• Proficiency in Dutch or French at C1 level, plus good knowledge of the other national language and English at B1/B2 level.
• Demonstrable experience using Jira on at least two assignments.
• Project Management Methodology Certificate (e.g., PM²).
• Agile Methodology Certificate.
