Job summary

Phoenix Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead Conversational AI / Chatbot projects for public sector clients in Brussels, onsite. You will drive end-to-end delivery, define scope with stakeholders, and monitor KPIs to demonstrate business value.

Requirements include a CS degree, 2+ years in Conversational AI / Chatbot PM and public sector work, Jira across two assignments, PM2 and Agile certifications, and fluency in Dutch or French with English at B1/B2.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Conversational AI or Chatbot Project Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the public sector or with public-sector companies.
• Proficiency in Dutch or French at C1 level, plus good knowledge of the other national language and English at B1/B2 level.
• Demonstrable experience using Jira on at least two assignments.
• Project Management Methodology Certificate (e.g., PM2).
• Agile Methodology Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, communication materials, and monitor KPIs measuring business value.
• Prepare and manage budget proposals, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Communicate expectations, progress, risks, and decisions clearly to team leads and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a key member of the delivery organization.
