Job summary

MEERAB GROUP in Brussels is seeking a Project Manager for Conversational AI and chatbot projects delivering AI-driven solutions to public sector clients. You will lead delivery from initiation to completion, define scope, and coordinate with management, business stakeholders, and IT teams.

The role requires a university degree in Computer Science, at least two years in Conversational AI or chatbot PM, public sector experience, and Jira expertise.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science is required.
• PM experience in Conversational AI or Chatbot projects is required (2+ years).
• Public sector experience or with public-sector companies is required (2+ years).
• Proficiency in Dutch or French at C1 level, plus good knowledge of the other national language and English at B1/B2 level.
• Experience using Jira on at least two assignments.
• Project Management Methodology Certificate (e.g., PM²).
• Agile Methodology Certificate is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, communication materials, and monitor KPIs measuring business value.
• Prepare and manage budget proposals, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Communicate expectations, progress, risks, and decisions clearly to team leads and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a key member of the delivery organization.

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Conversational AI or Chatbot Project Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the public sector or with public‑sector companies.
• Proficiency in Dutch or French at C1 level, plus good knowledge of the other national language and English at B1/B2 level.
