Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking an expert Project Manager and Business Analyst for an on-site consultancy in Brussels. You will lead the implementation of the European Digital ID Wallet, representing Keystone within the client's digital channels environment and ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

The role demands 15+ years in PM/BA, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Agile methods.

Qualifications

> 15 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in digital channels or banking contexts.
> Master's degree in a relevant field; professional PM certification is a plus.
> Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and vendor coordination.
> Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering customer-centric digital solutions.

Responsibilities

> Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for the European Digital ID Wallet deployment.
> Elicit, document, and translate business requirements from stakeholders across customer experience, marketing, and operations.
> Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure aligned, high-quality delivery.
> Oversee development, testing, integration, and deployment within existing digital channels.
> Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocations; monitor risks and changes.
> Lead cross-functional coordination with IT, CX, and marketing to ensure successful delivery.
> Track progress, manage issues, risks, and changes, and implement mitigation strategies.
> Ensure timely delivery within budget and required quality standards.
