Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is looking for an Expert Concept Designer for a consultancy mission with one of our clients in Brussels. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions and work on-site in the client environment, representing Keystone Solutions as a consultant. You will translate business Value Propositions into innovative solutions that address both user and business needs while optimizing user interaction across digital channels for customers and employees. You will define the initial big picture, conceptualize how products or services address user needs, and determine how they interact within a complex ecosystem of external and internal digital channels, including web and mobile applications and employee interfaces.

Deliverables and Responsibilities:

Under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, you will develop a comprehensive view of the project ecosystem and turn abstract ideas into tangible, visual concepts for stakeholders. You will take the lead during the ideation phase and support the UX/UI Designer during refinement once the concept has been validated.

• Gather requirements from stakeholders through any form of ideation suited to the need.
• Gather insights from qualitative and quantitative user testing, benchmarking, and data analytics.
• Defend the voice of the customer and align it with the needs of business stakeholders.
• Curate Information Architecture by categorizing and structuring content to ensure intuitive usability.
• Draft high-level, low-fidelity wireframes.
• Assess the impact of the proposed solution against current metrics.
• Produce a final concept report that consolidates your approach, research, testing, and proposed user flows from entry point through completion.
• Take the lead in the ideation phase of the project and support the UX/UI Designer in refinement after concept validation.

Specialized Knowledge and Craft Skills:

• You have experience ideating both with groups of stakeholders and independently, are comfortable with several ideation techniques, and are willing to learn or adapt to the client’s methodology.
• You feel at home in an Agile environment, including Scrum, SAFe, and the Spotify model.
• You have a Mobile First and accessibility mindset.
• You have a profound level of English, at C1 level, in comprehension, speaking, and writing.
• You have a particularly good understanding of French or Dutch at B1/B2 level. The ability to write and speak either language is considered an important asset.
