GCS Recruitment is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a portfolio of AI-enabled workflow products in a European context. You will own the product domain, collaborating with users, engineers, and business stakeholders to define strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role offers hybrid work (office 3 days per week) and requires fluency in English. Dutch is advantageous but not essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Extensive Product Management experience with ownership of successful products.
• Experience working on AI-powered products or building meaningful AI solutions.
• Strong product intuition and an excellent understanding of user needs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
• Comfortable working in a transformation programme where processes and structures are still evolving.
• Fluent English required. Dutch is beneficial but not essential.

We're supporting a European organisation investing heavily in AI to transform complex operational processes. They are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio of AI-driven products that combine intelligent automation, human expertise, and emerging agentic AI capabilities.

This is not a feature-owner position. You'll own a complete product domain, working closely with users, engineers, and business stakeholders to define strategy, prioritise investments, and deliver measurable outcomes.
