Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a client-site consultancy mission. You will autonomously manage the MEVO backlog, process requests, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic approach to project management, be delivery-oriented, autonomous, rigorous, and able to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the backlog autonomously for the MEVO (evolutionary maintenance of the CFO department).


• Process MEVO requests, ensuring all topics are well managed, tracked, and communicated to various stakeholders.


• Review the end-to-end MEVO process, drawing inspiration from existing practices within the department.


• Define different access profiles to our centralized database in collaboration with the BUPO.


• Automate the granting of access to our database.


• Handle incoming requests for data access.


• Capture and simplify business needs to mature them and communicate them to development teams.


• Ensure coordination and communication between business and technical teams in conjunction with BUPO and TPO.


• Monitor developments, identify risks, mitigate them, and coordinate open points.

Required Skills:

• Experience with project management principles and challenges related to data.


• Proficiency in collaborative tools (SharePoint, Jira, Confluence).


• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
