Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to objectives, timelines, costs and quality standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and changes, and report to sponsors and management. The role requires Dutch, English and French language proficiency and a strong background in project governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in project governance and change management.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Proven track record in leading multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to drive releases and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Develop and maintain the project plan including risks and communications.
• Monitor progress and coordinate actions for successful execution.

• Gather, analyze, and formalize user and business requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with sponsors, clients and technical teams.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and workshops.
• Track actions and manage change requests.
• Coordinate internal and external resources assigned to the project.
• Identify and monitor project risks, assumptions and dependencies.
• Implement action plans to mitigate impacts.
• Oversee supplier and consultant coordination and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and trace decisions.

We are seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to objectives, timelines, costs, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the project plan along with associated plans (resources, risks, communication, quality).
• Monitor project progress and coordinate necessary actions for successful execution.
• Ensure project alignment with business needs and organizational priorities.
• Gather, analyze, and formalize user and business requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with sponsors, clients, and technical teams.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and workshops.
• Support decision-making processes and track agreed actions.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external resources assigned to the project.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Implement action plans to mitigate project impacts.
• Manage change requests and assess their impacts on costs, timelines, and scope.
• Participate in defining needs for external services.
• Oversee operational follow-up of suppliers and consultants.
• Control the quality of deliverables and validate completed services.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
• Track key project indicators (schedule, budget, quality, risks, benefits).
• Prepare reports for sponsors and management.
• Monitor budget and propose necessary adjustments.
• Ensure project documentation is updated and decisions are traceable.
• Apply project management methodologies and processes in use at Keystone Solutions.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of project management practices.
• Share best practices with other project managers.
