You will oversee European procurement activities, coordinate cross-project requirements, and implement test management per client standards while driving change management and governance using Jira and TOPdesk.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP transformations and large-scale program management.
• Proven ability to manage European public procurement for ERP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA migrations.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and test management.
• Proficiency in MS 365 tools and collaboration platforms.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Program Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The primary responsibility of the IT Program Manager Transformation ERP is to manage multiple business-IT projects in the SAP ECC domain, including the transformation of the current SAP ECC to a new ERP solution. This includes preparing and monitoring the public procurement process related to this transformation, as well as executing it. Additionally, this Program Manager will be responsible for managing other strategic projects and implementing test management in accordance with the client's standards.

Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Program Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The primary responsibility of the IT Program Manager Transformation ERP is to manage multiple business-IT projects in the SAP ECC domain, including the transformation of the current SAP ECC to a new ERP solution. This includes preparing and monitoring the public procurement process related to this transformation, as well as executing it. Additionally, this Program Manager will be responsible for managing other strategic projects and implementing test management in accordance with the client's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the transformation of the current SAP ECC to a new ERP, including:




• Defining and managing the European public procurement aimed at selecting the future ERP solution and implementation partner.


• Managing the project for the transformation from SAP ECC to the future ERP solution, including migration, transition, and process standardization aspects.


• Identifying, tracking, and supporting the integration of key user needs in several other strategic projects.


• Detailed project tracking in terms of scope, planning, resources, and budget, including risk and issue management.


• Implementing comprehensive test management for the relevant projects based on the testing methodology defined by the client.


• Organizing change management for these projects in collaboration with the business and the Change Management unit, ensuring adequate training for end users.


• Supporting the PMO for systematic project tracking (PSR), as well as capacity, budget, and timeline management.


• Establishing project governance in line with expectations, using tracking tools such as Jira and TOPdesk.
