Responsabilités

• Ensure follow-up of objectives and governance of the project.

• Propose solutions and explain impacts, with clear documentation for the project team.
• Draft process-definition documents enabling direct use by the implementation team.
• Ensure implemented solutions match the described solution with Business alignment.

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a team to successfully execute a migration project for several essential information tools that support the business processes of the Compensation Service, aimed at modernization and improving service continuity. This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions.

Function:

You will be responsible for leading the project from identifying needs to implementing the solution. You will be involved at the outset of the project in describing the current and future state of the business process. You will facilitate workshops, organize, and manage necessary meetings to gather information and draft deliverables required for project definition, adhering to the standards and methodology in place. In this mission, you will guide the definition of future processes based on the chosen technology. You will structure the work of the development team and communicate in a structured manner with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Organize product delivery while respecting the defined needs, quality, deadlines, and budget.
• Draft necessary deliverables to clarify these objectives for all project stakeholders, following the established methodology.
• Ensure the follow-up of these objectives.
• Organize meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map business processes as desired.
• Be responsible for communication within the project, ensuring stakeholders are timely informed of developments and/or issues encountered.
• Propose solutions and be able to explain their impacts.
• Draft documents necessary for process definition so they can be directly used by the project team for solution implementation.
• Throughout the project, ensure that the implemented solution corresponds to the described solution in agreement with the Business.
• Ensure that the proposed solutions are integrable into the environment and operational methods.
