Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site in the Belgian Justice sector. You will drive full IT project lifecycles, from requirements to implementation, ensuring quality, budget and deadlines while coordinating with stakeholders and using Confluence and Jira.

The role requires at least 5 years of project management experience and proficiency in French and Dutch; Agile and PRINCE2 methods are used.

• Experience with common analytical project management methods (PRINCE 2, AGILE) and management control.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from definition to implementation, ensuring quality, performance, budget, and deadlines.
• Propose changes to project objectives in response to execution constraints or client requests.
• Oversee scope, risks, change requests, and validation/acceptance processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; communicate progress and expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans with deadlines, deliverables, milestones, and resources.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage project budget and monitor financial health.
• Communicate with all parties about progress, challenges and successes.
• Utilize Confluence and Jira for project workflow integration.
• Manage and optimize data flows, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks to project success.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The client is responsible for coordinating organizational and digital processes within the Justice sector. This role involves actively initiating new projects, monitoring ongoing projects, and overall project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from defining the IT solution to its implementation, ensuring optimal results that meet specifications in terms of quality, performance, budget, and deadlines.
• Propose changes to project objectives related to execution constraints or client requests.
• Oversee scope, risks, change requests, and validation/acceptance processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project progress and expectations.
• Develop a detailed project plan including deadlines, deliverables, milestones, and resource planning.
• Monitor project progress closely and make timely adjustments as necessary.
• Manage the project budget, providing accurate cost estimates and monitoring financial health throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved, ensuring they are informed about project progress, challenges, and successes.
• Utilize project management tools such as Confluence and Jira for effective project workflow integration.
• Manage and optimize data flows, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks that could impact project success, implementing preventive measures as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proficient in French and Dutch.
• Experience with common analytical project management methods (PRINCE 2, AGILE) and management control.
