NES Fircroft is seeking a Junior Project Manager to assist in delivering energy sector projects from Brussels. This role involves coordinating multiple workstreams, supporting project governance, and liaising with regulators, DSOs, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

The position offers hybrid working arrangements in Belgium and requires good organizational and communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or project management deliveries.
• Interest in energy sector including transmission and distribution networks or infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and drive progress.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects across the energy sector.
• Work with regulators, DSOs, and internal business teams.
• Assist in managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment.
• Support business and technical teams through project implementation phases.
• Assist senior project managers with governance and execution activities.
• Monitor project performance and contribute to successful outcomes.
