BMONKEYS is a young consulting company focused on energy transition and stakeholder collaboration. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong energy sector expertise to serve as SPOC for external vendors and key stakeholders in Belgium and Europe.

The role involves steering regulatory discussions, aligning regulators, DSOs and executive sponsors, and acting as Product Owner for internal delivery tracks, while navigating regulatory, legal and financial complexities to deliver on

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects in the energy sector.
• Experience acting as Product Owner for implementation and delivery initiatives.
• Ability to align regulators, DSOs, and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and/or French and English.

Responsabilités

• Act as the SPOC towards external vendors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure client priorities are reflected in external implementation roadmaps.
• Drive the TSO and DSO common tooling roadmap.
• Collaborate with regulators, DSOs, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions and strategic decision-making.
• Anticipate challenges related to congestion management, system flexibility, and energy market evolution.
• Assume a Product Owner role for internal implementation tracks, coordinating delivery teams and managing dependencies.
• Participate in business architecture discussions to ensure alignment with strategic principles.
• Contribute to the creation of a new company through regulatory and financial workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments while maintaining delivery focus.

Our client is a key player in the energy sector, contributing to the reliability, sustainability, and transformation of the electricity system in Belgium and across Europe.

As part of a strategic initiative shaping the future of the Belgian and European energy landscape, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in the energy sector and stakeholder management.

1/ YOUR ROLE

• Act as the SPOC towards external vendors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure client priorities are reflected in external implementation roadmaps.
• Drive the TSO and DSO common tooling roadmap.
• Collaborate with regulators, DSOs, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.

2/ YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects within the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of: Transmission System Operator (TSO) activities, distribution System Operator (DSO) activities, regulatory frameworks and energy market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to align regulators, DSOs, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and consensus-building skills.
• Experience acting as Product Owner for implementation and delivery initiatives.
• Comfortable operating in environments with regulatory, legal, and financial complexities.
