Phinest, a Belgian management consulting firm, is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic projects across sectors. You will guide scope, planning, and governance, ensuring resources, risks, and budgets are aligned for successful delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional coordination in a multicultural environment. We value a Master’s degree and 2–10 years of PM experience, with fluency in French and English (Dutch a plus).

• Master’s degree in Management or Business.
• 2–10 years of proven project management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a multicultural, matrix organisation.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for the successful realisation of the project from inception to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget).
• Ensure resources availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Monitor project deliverables and milestones.
• Report to management and escalate as needed.
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to mitigate project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Act as a leader and coach to the project team.

Position: Project Manager

Responsabilities:

• Be responsible for the successful realisation of the project, from inception to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget…)
• Ensure resources availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Monitor project deliverables
• Report and escalation to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to reduce project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Act as a leader and as a coach to your project team members

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Management or Business
• 2 to 10 years of a proven experience in Project Management
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audience
• Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment

• Languages:
• Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,
