emagine is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Project Leader to coordinate and deliver IT projects involving multiple business and technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered according to agreed scope, planning, budget, quality and business objectives, while maintaining effective project governance and communication across the different teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT project management / coordination experience.
• Strong governance, planning, budgeting and risk management knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with business and technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of testing and quality assurance principles.
• Structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and autonomous.

Mission

You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered according to agreed scope, planning, budget, quality and business objectives, while maintaining effective project governance and communication across the different teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects from initiation to delivery.


• Define and maintain project planning, roadmap, scope and governance.


• Coordinate business, IT, architecture and other project stakeholders.


• Manage budget, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.


• Organize project meetings and ensure clear communication and decision-making.


• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and management.


• Anticipate risks and issues and define appropriate action plans.


• Ensure collaboration between the different teams involved in the project.


• Support and challenge business requirements when necessary.


• Work within Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments.


• Coordinate development, testing and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management / Project Coordination.


• Good understanding of project governance, planning, budgeting and risk management.


• Experience working with both business and technical teams.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.


• Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence is an asset.


• Understanding of testing and quality assurance principles is a plus.


• Structured, proactive, solution-oriented and able to work autonomously.


• Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other language and professional English.
