TMC is seeking a Project Engineer in Launch Excellence to coordinate introductions of innovative products in life sciences. You will align cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and ensure launches run smoothly from start to finish.

You will work with Quality, Production, Validation, and Supply Chain, identify risks, manage timelines and budgets, and report on progress while driving continuous improvements within Launch Excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or Biomedical Sciences field.
• Strong interest in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.
• Experience in project management or cross-functional coordination is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

You align cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and ensure that every launch runs smoothly from start to finish.

• You align with stakeholders from departments such as Quality, Production, Validation, and Supply Chain.
• You identify potential risks and set up mitigation plans.
• You monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects remain on track.
• You report on progress and propose improvements to optimize the launch process.
• You contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement within Launch Excellence.

What We Expect From You

• You have a Master’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent.
• You have a strong interest in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related life sciences sectors.
• Experience in project management, product launches, or cross-functional coordination is a plus.
• You are an excellent communicator and team player, able to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
