TMC Belgium is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development lead to create and manage your own entity within the advance systems unit in Zaventem. You will build and manage a client portfolio while guiding the growth of the practice.

Identify and recruit engineers for your team, collaborate with HRBP to select employeneurs, and manage a team of consultants including career development and coaching. You will also oversee budget, contract negotiations, and salary proposals, reporting to

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Business, Economics, Management or Engineering.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work independently and seek support from a seasoned team.
• Organized and rigorous; proactive and eager for challenges.
• Based at the Zaventem office.

What we expect from you

• Graduate of a Master in Business, Economics, Management or Engineering
• You speak fluently Dutch and English, French is a big plus
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team
• Organized and rigorous
• Open and dynamic, you are a go-getter and have a sense of challenge
