• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Job Description Summary #LI-Hybrid Location: Puurs, Belgium We are seeking a Process Engineer who (focus equipment) will be responsible for managing and executing CAPEX projects, within the area of production equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute capex projects within preprocessing, compounding and filling of aseptic products in Puurs.
• Initiate the project, develop the business case together with the stakeholders.
• Reach out to suppliers, order equipment, perform design reviews and execute FAT/SAT and commissioning testing to get the new equipment up & running within the agreed timelines.
• Manage capex project: budget and schedule across departments.
• Become subject matter expert for the preprocessing, compounding and filling processes within the site.
• Take initiatives to challenge the status quo in the existing processes and evaluate alternatives and new technologies.
• Develop project execution strategy and execute investment projects according to customer needs (costs, schedule, functionality, quality).

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc.) or equivalent
• 3 years of engineering experience thereof
• 2 in investment projects, ideally in Pharmaceutical industry and aseptic production
• Proven project management skills including contract management and project controlling
• Good collaboration and inter-personal skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch

• Understanding of qualification activities within pharmaceutical industry
