Job summary

TMC Belgium is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to create and manage a new engineering and energy infrastructure business unit in Zaventem. You will build and lead your own entity, recruit engineers, and guide a team through client engagements.

You will work with HRBP to select the best employeneurs, manage finances and contract negotiations, and drive growth in a dynamic, high-tech consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Master in Business, Economics, Management or Engineering required.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
• Organized, rigorous, open and dynamic; go-getter with a sense of challenge.
• Office located in Zaventem.

What we expect from you

• Graduate of a Master in Business, Economics, Management or Engineering
• You speak fluently French, Dutch and English
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team
