Job summary

TMC is an international high-tech consultancy based in Belgium seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for software and infrastructure initiatives. You will develop plans, coordinate internal and external resources, and manage scope, risks, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

Fluency in English and French or Dutch is required, with a collaborative, results-driven mindset and a commitment to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience managing IT projects (software, infrastructure, or both).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• You speak English and French or Dutch.
